Nursing Details

The Taraba State chapter of University Graduates of Nursing Science Association (UGONSA), held its general meeting/maiden scientific session yesterday February 20th 2019. The event which took place at the Nurses house in Jalingo, brought together graduate Nurses all across Taraba State. After words of prayer from both faiths(Christianity and Islam), members took out time to introduce themselves, stating where they are working at the moment. The Acting Chairman/Secretary Nurse Machoko M. R. took out time to welcome and thank all those who created time for the event. The scientific Session titled: Assertiveness in Nursing Profession, saw Nurse Machoko going memory lane from the era of Socrates to Smith up to the modern day Nursing practice. Nurses were reawakened to stand for the truth and honesty in the practice of the Nursing profession, never to relent on what is right.
